“City On Our Knees” Video

Here is a video that we produced a couple of weeks ago here at Fellowship. Our bands performed the song, “City on our Knees” by Toby Mac during the services and this video rolled behind them and was synced via a click track.

The video was actually shot primarily using a Letus Extreme 35mm adapter. Right now we don’t currently own great prime lenses for our two Panasonic AJ-HDC27F cameras. So we actually found out that one of our volunteers who serves as a camera operator on the weekends owned a great Letus kit and he allowed us to use and and he also help us film most of this.

Love using low aperture prime lenses when shooting stuff like this.  Such a great look. Hope we can do more with them in the future. Enjoy the video.

Great work – I follow your blog from Canada.

I shoot 35mm on a Brevis system – have you ever tried that system?

Thanks Scott… I have never used a Brevis. Is is just another type of DOF adapter?

I would love it if someone would come out with a pro grade camera that would allow you to use SLR lenses. That way you wouldn’t need to use all of these adapter kits.

    I can dream can’t I… =)

Hey Dave – I agree… a system like that would be great. I guess the DSLR systems are getting close…

And to answer your question.. yes the Brevis is just another adapter … you can check it out here http://www.cinevate.com

Keep up the good work… I check back daily.

    Scott
